Solon office building sells for $3.19 million

In a deal that shows the mixed bag of owning office buildings, the four-story primarily medical office building at 6001 Cochran Road in Solon was bought April 6 by a Parma group of investors for $3.19 million, according to Cuyahoga County land records.
